Dylan Edwards is the Associate Director of the American Urban Design & Policy Institute. His research centers on the intersection of housing policy, affordability, and equitable development. Dylan’s recent work explores affordable housing models, transit-oriented development, and policies that address racial and economic disparities in housing access. He has contributed to numerous public policy debates surrounding zoning, housing affordability, and urban renewal strategies, advocating for policy solutions that integrate social justice with urban planning.
